Boku no hero Academia: How Bakugo would react if Deku died in front of him?

"Well as per me this question is quite tricky and little grotesque to actually answer this one. I think he’d be absolutely devastated if he finds out that Deku died. He may not seem like he is a nice person that is capable of compassion, but he respects Deku a lot. When he beat Deku when Deku used One For All: Full Cowling: 8%, he showed no disrespect. Instead, he asked him how he lost in a serious, upset manner. He was genuinely mad that Deku had the best Quirk ever and still managed to lose.

Then there’s the fact that they knew each other since childhood. Even if he bullied him constantly, it’s hard to be near someone for so long and not warm up to them as time passes. It’s inevitable.

Finally, there’s the fact that Deku was always so nice to Bakugou. If Deku died sopontaneously, Bakugou would be distraught, cursing himself privately for not apologizing to him when he had the chance.

For this last point, I have personal experience with this. It feels horrible to be too late in your apologies.

So the Dynamite (as he named himself in the last chapter) would probably train harder than ever before, pushing himself, becoming the #1 hero, all due to the fact that he now has to carry the weight of Deku’s dream of becoming the next “All Might.â€

With that, Bakugou will probably become a much more solemn person and much quieter. He doesn’t like to show his weakness, though, so maybe I’m wrong.
