Romantic Killer is a subversive take on traditional romance anime and reverse harem manga that has polarized fans, with many loving it and others disgusted by its sexist overtones. Despite its sexism and lack of a main character in love, it still manages to make many interesting points about relationships and friendships, and is one of the more refreshing releases from Netflix in 2022.
Who Does Anzu End Up With?
It's hard to say for sure since Romantic Killer was completed in 2020 and only had four seasons. However, given that it has been well received by fans, there is a chance that Netflix could release an additional season. If this does happen, it would likely follow Anzu and her developing relationships with the romance candidates while also following Kate as she tries to act as cupid for her friend Yukana.

Anzu Hoshino is a high school student who has only three great desires: video games, chocolate, and her cat. She's not like other girls and has no interest in romance, but when a wizard named Riri appears and threatens to take away her favorite things until she picks a boyfriend, her life is turned upside down. She's promised a paradise of handsome male suitors, but she's determined to avoid falling in love at all costs.
Despite her best efforts, Anzu starts to develop real relationships with the men she meets and must manage the nuances of their feelings while fending off Riri's attempts to force her into a romantic relationship. While it's easy to see her ending up with any of the men, there are several hints that point toward Tsukasa Kazuki being her final choice.
He is the most likable of the suitors and has some of the strongest connections to Anzu, with them both growing up together as childhood friends. He is arrogant and confident but does not have a tsundere or yandere personality, and Anzu plays into this with her affection for him, treating him as she does her other friends.
It's clear that Anzu and Kazuki are meant for each other as they both fight to protect their friends, including from abusive parents. They share the same sense of loyalty and compassion, and they often joke about their situations with each other. Additionally, they both feel strongly about female equality and sexism. It's likely that they will end up together when the show is concluded.
